| 1999 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L No Start VIN: 2FMZA5147X P0231: fuel pump circuit low. chech fuel pump no good. replace new fuel pump. still no fuel to engine. check fuel shutoff switch, it is good. any advice where should i check for this problem. engine has no fuel. thank you! van |
