| 1999 Volkswagen Beetle GLS 2.0L Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 3VWCC21C4X P0134: oxygen sensor B1-S1 no activity. This Beetle starts and idles fine but stumbles when the throttle is pushed. It revs smooth if you push the throttle slowly. At full throttle no load the engine leans out chokes then starts to surge.
