1996 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3L No Start VIN: 1GNDT13W3T P1351: ICM Ignition Control Circuit High Voltage. Now were getting a P1351 code after running the flow chart we found that the ac voltage on the I.C. wire is 5.5 volts, it should be 1-4 volts ac, flow chart says to reflash, did that still no start, flow chart says replace VCM (ecu) did that, still no start. 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4.3L No Start, MIL Lamp on, When Below 50F VIN: 1GCEC14W1X P1351: ICM Ignition Control Circuit High Voltage. Truck will not start at 50F outside temp. Runs good when it does start except for above 2000 rpm, misses, only sets code . Please help . |
