| 2002 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L Hesitation, MIL Lamp on, LOW POWER VIN: 3VWSP69M43 P0299: waste gate solenoid. Just wondering if anyone had run into this code and problem before. When ever it is cold the car has low power almost like the turbo is not kicking in. When warm the car has lots of power. I did a quick ohm check on the wastegate solenoid and it was within spe... |
