1999 Kia Sportage 2.0L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Cuts out, Stall, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on VIN: KNDJB7232X
P0134: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) No Activity Detected. Vehicle came in for overheating and running poorly. We installed a new radiator and the overheating was cured. Now on to the MIL on and running poorly. Both O2 heater fuses were good, and were getting voltage to the O2 heaters. I verified ground side control c...
