| 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 5.2L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B7HF16Y1V P0132: High votage HEGO 11. ... minutes (P0132). The scan tool shows .98 v on the O2 sensor all the time.
