| 1998 Volkswagen Jetta GLX 2.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: 3VWTD81H7W P0411: secondary air/ incorrect air flow. Client fails smog, checked all basic functions of air pump and seemingly operating normally,are there any known problems with these systems? any help would be greatly appreciated.
