P0400: Exhaust Gas Recirculation System Flow Malfunction. HAVE MONITERED EGR vacuume during drive cycle. Normal egr vac is 3 or 4 inches. During drive cycle test you can see the vacuume reach almost 10 inches as the PCM tests flow.
