| 2001 Kia Rio 1.5L MIL Lamp on VIN: KNADC12331 P1586: Encoding Signal Circuit Not Rational. when I use the modis I find the throttle angle stays at 10.9% I am going to put a tps on tomorrow but I dont know if the other codes will go away with this one repair ant help will be appreciated |
