2001 Chevrolet Impala 3.4L Cooling fans stay on VIN: 2G1WFSSE61
P0128: Engine Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature. I have a 2001 impala that the cooling fans stay on low speed and the ecm keeps alive for 3 min after the key is shut off. no other components seem to be alive. Is there a doide or an ecm problem doing this to me. Thanks in advance for any help.

P0128: coolant temp below thermostat regulating temp. vehicle came from other shop. it has a dtc po128 low coolant temp, it had the e.c.t allready replaced i asume it's an oem part the scanner reads 195f (90c) fully warmed up, ispect thermostat ind it was open, i left it on the fridge for 5min. and it was complet...
