1996 Land Rover Range Rover SE 4.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: SALPE1240T
P0138: o2 high voltage bank one senser two. vehicle now has fault codes po138&p1138- volt reading at o2s are 1.20volts and fixed,according to 2 differint scan tools, disconnected a couple injecters and volt reading stayed the same?? am thinking it is a control unit problem, but control unit is big$$...

1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1J4GX58S6V
P0138: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Circuit High Voltage. Vehicle has codes PO135, Po138, and PO141 that keep returning. Both O2 sensors have been replaced, both O2s have power and ground to heater circuits. Sliced open whip and traced wires to and from ASD and ground w/ no probelms. Thanls for any help
