| 2000 Dodge Neon ES 2.0L Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B3ES46C3Y P0117: Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Circuit Low Voltage. Engine runs ok but MIL is on and uses too much fuel.
