| 1996 Saab 900 SE 2.5L MIL Lamp on VIN: YS3DF78V9T P0151: O2 circuit low voltage B2S2. Need help with this car. Keeps setting O2 sensor codes. If the codes are cleared they will return after driving the car. Don't have a SAAB scan tool so can only look at OBD II data. The data shows 0 volts for all the O2 sensors and does not change.
