| 1996 Ford Windstar GL 3.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2FMDAS140T P1000: Monitor Cycle not complete. This Windstar failed an OBD II emission test. Prior to the lean codes I cleaned the EGR ports that were clogged. I had a code for restricted EGR flow. Cleaning of the ports cleared that code.
