| 1996 Dodge Neon 2.0L No Start, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1P3ES27C2T P0320: No Crank Reference Signal To PCM. we've check all wiring from sensor to ecm, all good. we do get cam signal to snap-on scan tool, but no crank signal, but we do have signal at ecm pin #32. |
