2000 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: WVWM723B7Y P1128: mfr controlled emission. This car keeps setting a lean code. I have checked for vacuum leaks, maf contamination, misfires, and did the throttle learn procedure.
