| 1996 Ford Mustang 4.6L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FAFPRTX2X P0443: EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid Circuit Malfunction. What I would like to know is if the problem with one of the componets wouldn't the pcm open the ground side before the fuse would blow?
