1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 5.2L Surge, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B7HC13Y6W P0132: Sensor 1 upstream oxygen sensor shorted to vpltage. This truck has a J-Tech ECM. 5 volt ref. come out of the ECM through the sensor to ground. I have check the wiring for chaffing and found none.
