1997 Dodge Dakota 2.5L Excessive Emissions, no ox2 voltage VIN: 1B7FL26P4V
P1696: PCM Failure, EEPROM Write Denied. Truck came in barely able to run. Annother tech ch out and found the above codes. Ox2 sensor voltages (b1s2,b2s2) were at 4.4 volts.
