| 1998 Ford Windstar GL 3.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2FMZA5146W P1131: Bank 1 lean O2 not switching trim at limit. No complaint of runability at all. Mill light on. o2 sensors all seem active but bank 1 sensor 1 is consitantly below 400mv switches from 90 to 200MV although it does sometimes go rich.
