Our last poll asked our members how they are paid, and whether they like this method. With 4,018 respondents: 31% hourly, 29% fixed flat rate, 18% fixed salary, 11% salary + commission, 6% flat rate + commission, and 5% indicated "other." 58% of members paid fixed flat rate like this payment method.
