That sounds like alot of space, personaly I would rather combine work and plesure. Like the tax benifits. But I would build 6 inch floor, with 1/2 inch rebar. I would not build a pit, a lift is cheaper and does not get in the way as offen. I would build 10 foo... Login to read more.
