Mary, it's everywhere. I live in western Co, commute to Aspen a lot(where a 700 Sq ft condo in town starts at above 500k cocos) and it's obvious that having lots of money doesn't seem to make a difference...unless you count stupid stunts in vehicles worth over... Login to read more.
