Hi Chris. It looks like a Volvo P544 series B18 or maybe a PV series. I've never seen a factory built pickup. If it's a one off, I wonder if it might have been built from a car or perhaps the Duett station wagon. The roofline appears to be higher than the cars... Login to read more.
