1999 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L Torque converter
Good day people. I have this 99 Dodge 4X4 pick up truck where the lock up torque converter will cycle in and out at approx. 45 MPH for a few seconds. It tends to do this when the vehicle is cold. If vehicle is fully warmed up it won't do it. I have already rep...
