i got a 98 dodge ram 1500 3.9l that has codes 1762 [...] sensor offset volts too high. 1763 gov. pressure sensor volts to high.

it has no power on take off but ok at highway speeds fluid is full and in pretty good condition. has any one ever seen this before?...
