2005 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT 5.9L Poor Fuel Economy, internal fuel leak

Crankcase filling with deisel fuel. Freeze frame showed MAP reading 72.35inhg. I'm assuming the low oil pressure to be caused by the crancase having more fuel than oil in it but I'm not sure how the fuel is getting in there. I suspect leaking fuel injector(s)....
