This one is driving me crazy. After running Mitchell's flow chart for "shorted to voltage codes" and preforming some tests that aren't in the book, everything pointed to a bad PCM. New PCM - No fix. Tried different O2 sensors - No fix. PCM data reads 4.8v all ...
