iATN® HEADS TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA IN
SEPTEMBER FOR 2004 CONVENTION

Brea, CA — The International Automotive Technicians Network (iATN) 2004 Convention will be held Sept. 24-26, at the Coast Anaheim Hotel, in Anaheim, Calif.

Registration is open at http://members.iatn.net/meetings/2004/ and members are encouraged to register early as the convention is expected to sell out quickly due to its new biennial schedule. All attendees must register on-line, as there will not be on-site registration.

"It has been two years since the last iATN convention and this new schedule has created a tremendous amount of enthusiasm among members for the 2004 event. Members also know that if they miss this one, the next opportunity isn't until 2006," said Brent Black, iATN founder and president.

iATN has secured a rate of $89 for rooms at the Coast Anaheim Hotel, formerly known as the West Coast Anaheim Hotel and the site of the iATN 2002 Convention. Accommodations should be made directly with the hotel by calling (714) 750-1811 and rooms should be booked under the "iATN Convention" group to receive the low rate.

While the convention's traditionally casual format allows for plenty of important networking opportunities among iATN members, it will also offer several technical and business management sessions and a "TechNight Live: iATN West Coast Diagnostic Challenge." There will also be a special luncheon address and a dinner and reception for attendees.

"By participating in iATN, members have developed important and lasting business and personal relationships," explained Black. "The convention provides a forum for these members, who typically communicate on-line, to meet face-to-face, many for the first time. In addition to these networking opportunities, the convention's educational sessions give attendees the resources to better their skills, which in turn, enhance the quality of repairs to consumers," he added.

The iATN web site, www.iatn.net, has additional convention information, including an event schedule, training information, hotel and airline information, and a list of event attendees.
