The TechMail Viewer was created to offer premium members a way to view not only the latest TechMail help requests and fixes through the web, but also all the email replies from other members, as they arrive!

Description

Our TechMail Viewer provides several benefits over regular email, such as extensive filtering and keyword searches that are built right into your online view. The TechMail Viewer is a great way to stay current on all the email discussion on iATN, without having to worry about configuring your iATN account to receive each of the topics by email.

The daily email viewer also enables you to quickly view only the help requests that interest you -- no more downloading dozens of messages from our email lists when only a handful might really apply to your areas of expertise! The TechMail Viewer enables you to pinpoint these messages of interest to you, and using the viewer is very easy. In addition, you can easily access all the replies that have been sent to the member.

In a single glance, you can see the member's name, subject of the message, a short preview of the message, and the # of replies received so far, along with the member's location. Click on the message subject, and you will have access to the full details of the request, along with the replies received for the help request, such as these seen after the user views the "92 Cadillac DeVille" help request:

Sponsors can view the replies to any TechMail help request made since June 2001, and you are not limited to accessing them from the TechMail Help Request Viewer -- they are also available when doing searches of the FIX Database. I

n the Help Request Viewer, you can easily page through several days of iATN email by selecting the "previous day" and "next day" links. You can reply to the sender through our website, protecting your email address from potential sources of viruses/spam. You can forward a copy of the help request to your email account for later viewing. You can add comments to any help requests that are closed, and view comments that other sponsors have added. I

n addition to reading the latest help requests, you can easily browse through recently closed TechMail help requests, with access to their replies, and the ability to rate these messages accordingly. Of course, sponsors can still search the FIX Database for even easier access to the closed help requests and their corresponding replies.

A link to TechMail is available at the top of just about every page on iATN. Sponsors can go directly to the TechMail Viewer now, or at any time in the future by visiting your TechMail page, and selecting "Today's Help Requests." (This overview covers what is available to all members through iATN TechMail.)
