The iATN FIX Database is a real-world technical service bulletin database made up of all the email messages ever sent to our Technical Email Help Request system. You can search through past iATN technical email messages by make, model, system, VIN, symptoms, and many other search criteria.
Description
The FIX Database is comprised of two different search methods. The Advanced FIX Database Search and the Original FIX Database Search.
- Advanced FIX Database Search
Use the Advanced FIX Database search to find previous questions and fixes by make, model, system, symptom, and other criteria. The advanced database search contains all technical email posted from 1998 to present.
- Original FIX Database Search
Use the Original FIX Database Search to find previous help requests by keyword. The original database contains all technical email posted to the iATN prior to 1998.
Access
The FIX Database is available in the iATN Knowledge Base. Premium Members can go directly to this feature now.
