Editors:

Edward Sunkin has been the editor of Underhood Service since April 1999. He has been a member of the Babcox family of automotive aftermarket publications since December 1994, when he joined Counterman as an associate editor. Edward also spent three years as managing editor of Engine Builder. Edward has been active in numerous automotive associations including the Engine Rebuilders Association (AERA), the Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association (APRA), Automotive Service Association (ASA), Automotive Training Managers Council (ATMC), Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS), Motor and Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) and the Production Engine Remanufacturers Association (PERA). As well as Underhood Service, Edward also serves as the editor of Tomorrow's Technician, an automotive-related trade magazine delivered to more than 45,000 students enrolled in NATEF-affiliated schools.

Jennifer Clements is the managing editor of Underhood Service and ImportCar magazines, and the editor of TechShop - Equipment, Tools & Supplies magazine. She is editor of AAPEX Express, the industry's official daily magazine of the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo. She is also a key member of the Babcox Corporate Marketing team. Jennifer joined Babcox in 1997.

Larry Carley - Technical Editor
Larry has nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, including experience as an ASE-certified technician, and has won numerous awards for his articles. Larry, who serves as Underhood Service's technical writer, has written 12 automotive-related books and developed automotive training software, available at www.carleysoftware.com.

Gary Goms
Gary Goms, Import Specialist Contributor. Goms is a former educator and shop owner who remains active in the aftermarket service industry. He is an ASE-certified Master Automobile Technician (CMAT) and has earned the L1 advanced engine performance certification. He is also a graduate of Colorado State University and belongs to the Automotive Service Association (ASA) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).

Scott Weaver
Scott "Gonzo" Weaver. Gonzo is the owner of Superior Auto Electric in Tulsa, OK, and has 30 years of experience in the business. He's the author of "Hey Look, I Found the Loose Nut," which takes a humorous look at customers from a service technician's view. He also has his own website, www.gonzostoolbox.com.

Glen Beanard
Glen began in the automotive industry as an electrical systems technician at a Ford dealership in 1991. ASE-certified as Auto Master, L1, Medium/Heavy truck electrical, Medium/Heavy truck diesel engines, alternate fuel and others, he has served as a technician and manager in both OE dealerships and independent repair shops. Glen writes various technical and diagnostic-related features and is a sponsoring member of iATN.net.

Larry Bailly
Larry has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, and is ASE-certified in Engine Repair, Suspension/Steering, Brakes and Engine Performance, and MACS-certified in A/C Recycling and Service. Currently employed as a technician at Quality Foreign Auto, Mill Creek, WA, where he specializes in the repair and service of Volkswagens, Bailly is a contributor to our sister publication Import Car and provides the "Foreign Affairs" column for Underhood Service.
