BMW pass-through devices

Hello, First time posting so guide me if im wrong with anything

Looking for some information on performing bmw pass-through programming. I am an independent shop that has a high euro customer base. I currently have an OTC genysis touch which is j2534 compliant but when it comes to reflashing bmw it seems very slow and more often then not takes more then 24 hours to complete and up to 70+ hours!

was looking for some feed back as to if this is normal or possibly a tool that is causing a bottle neck? I have been doing some research online and i have used (but do not own) the auto-logic and the price is too high for my shop. others i have seen include rheingold and drew tech but was looking for some possible hands on experience before i purchase anything.

thanks in advance!
