This is a 10 month position instructing and supervising students enrolled in the second year of the Automotive Service Technology program at North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, Iowa. Courses to be taught include, but are not limited to: Automatic Transmissions and Transaxles, Engine Performance; Ignition Systems, Fuel Systems, Emissions Systems, Computerized Controls, Engine Repair, and Manual Drive Train and Axles.

Equipment currently used for instruction includes: Snap On Verus, Modis, Apollo, and Solus. DynoCom Industries 15,000 Chassis Dyno. Several late model vehicles of various brands for instructional purposes. The North Iowa area industry is heavy on lab scope usage, experience with the above platforms is an advantage.

NIACC is Master Certified ASE/NATEF program. The College has a partnership with Snap On and NC3, this individual will be working closely with both partners as well as area businesses.
