I will ship the unit and the power supply. The software is downloadable at the website above. The current unit on the website say's it's a "Deluxe" model, mine say's "Call Accounting Unit". Not sure what if any difference there is, mine performs the functions of the one listed on the website. Call me with any questions, I'm looking for $250 for the unit. It sells new at $495.
