aftermarket timing chain tensioner
Posted to Shop Management Forum on 8/30/2017 38 Replies

I recently installed new timing chains along with other components. The car ran flawlessly for approximately 105 days until the tensioner failed. The parts store informed me the labor would only be covered for 90 days. Has anyone else had this problem? The parts came from A/Z but not sure on the manufacturer because they have multiple vendors. Curious if anyone else has had this issue and your recommendations forward. Thanks
