Just wanted to take a moment to let you know that we at Mitchell 1 are listening. As a couple members pointed out, we take very seriously the comments and suggestions provided through the "Feedback" button in ProDemand. We also receive feedback through time spent in our customers' shops and phone calls with our users. Every bit of feedback is reviewed and prioritized multiple times weekly, and we've made dozens of changes based on that feedback.

Recent examples include: Improved print options, expanded TSB search, and Quick Links to frequently accessed data.

Quick Links are immediately available in the 1Search module; no typing in the search box is required. Here are the current links:

•DTC index •Common specs and procedures •Wiring diagrams •Fluid specs •TSBs •Electrical component locations •Tire fitment.

We're committed to making it as easy and as fast as possible for you, our valued users, to find the OEM service information and SureTrack Real Fixes and tips in ProDemand that you need to do your jobs.
