What is an acceptable back log for a shop? Our shop has been blessed with plenty of work and it has gotten to a point where I am booking an easy 1 week in advance, pushing 1.5 to 2 weeks out. Is that an acceptable time period to wait. I try to leave some room for emergency, however even that space fills up in a day.

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with being "too busy"? I hate to use that phrase but sometimes I feel as though I am doing my customers disservice by being too busy

Or may be I am scheduling wrong...
