Two vehicles so far with different symptoms, same fix. The first (2012 F-250 6.2 V8 gas) was a start/stall, no codes. The second was an (2011 F-450 6.8 V10 gas) intermittent loses power, upstream O2 low output and/or fuel system lean codes.
