Your story reminds me of a story from a friend of mine: His father bought a 62 ford new and in the first week had to have some warranty work done on the right front ball joint. The mechanic was sitting on his creeper and removing the spring and something happened. The spring got loose and bounced off of the floor and upward taking off the head of the mechanic and then up through the roof of the dealership. After that nobody wanted to work on the car and it got shipped to another dealership.
