Our shop uses many resources including long standing experience, modern test and repair equipment such as the complete diagnostic system from Automotive Test Solutions, the unique iATN network and database information, Mitchell On-Demand and other creative forms to come to a solution to your automotive needs on todays complex computerized automobiles. In cases where a vehicle is in for service or preventive maintenance, we apply old fashioned values of determination and the best available parts, sourced by quality before cost, and thorough installation of these parts to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
We have been in business over 18 years while Mark has been professionally servicing vehicles for 24 years. The shop has very CLEAN, FRIENDLY appearance indicative of our style. We have the resources necessary to service todays automobiles---we also do laser wheel alignment, exhaust and catalytic converter replacement, steering& suspension repairs, transmission work, engine repairs and figuring out why a vehicle doesn't start or run right and emissions repairs.
We are located at 154th and Ambaum Blvd. SW in the city of Burien (close to Taco Time on the other side of the street). Ambaum is one of the main streets in Burien mostly running parallel to 1st Ave S., but to the west of it. We will match most dealership 'special offers' for service you may have received in the mail. Just bring in the mailing to us for personalized service, and to see if you really need whats offered. Often times, newer vehicle customers are on the dealers mailing list after buying a vehicle. You WILL NOT risk any warranty coverage on your vehicle by coming to us! In some cases we may, in fact, find some item on a vehicle that needs warranty attention-if you have the Manufacturer's Warranty we would refer you back there for coverage. If you have one of those Extended Warranty Contracts (usually a 1-800 phone number to call for authorization) we most often CAN take care of that EXTENDED WARRANTY for you as well. We would be glad to EXPLAIN or SHOW you in person the whys and hows of any work we recommend. Don't risk your vehicle to amateurs- GO TO THE EXPERT!
